Contact messages

The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and any optional subject you provide so Rebecca can respond to your request. In production, Azure Communication Services Email processes the message for delivery to Rebecca’s business email.

Updates through Patreon

The website links to Rebecca’s Patreon for updates. If you choose to join, Patreon handles your account and membership information under its own privacy policy.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated or abusive submissions. Turnstile processes the verification request and related browser and device information needed for that purpose. The website verifies the result before processing a production form submission.

Website analytics

The production website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general site use and improve the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage and receives standard browser, device, page, and interaction information. Form values, including names, email addresses, messages, and Turnstile tokens, are not sent in analytics events. After a confirmed contact form submission, the site may record only the form type.

Service providers and access

Google, Cloudflare, and Azure Communication Services Email process information as needed to provide the services described above. Form information is accessible only to Rebecca and authorized project personnel and is not republished or redistributed outside of the organization.
