Contact messages

The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and any optional subject you provide so Rebecca can respond to your request. In production, Azure Communication Services Email processes the message for delivery to Rebecca’s business email.

Email-list subscriptions

The email-list subscription form collects your email address, optional first name, and agreement to receive email communications. MailerLite manages the email list and processes this information for newsletter subscriptions. New subscriptions use an email confirmation step before email communications are sent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in any email we send.

Spam protection

Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated or abusive submissions. Turnstile processes the verification request and related browser and device information needed for that purpose. The website verifies the result before processing a production form submission.

Website analytics

The production website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general site use and improve the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage and receives standard browser, device, page, and interaction information. Form values, including names, email addresses, messages, and Turnstile tokens, are not sent in analytics events. After a confirmed form submission, the site may record only the form type.

Service providers and access

Google, Cloudflare, Azure Communication Services Email, and MailerLite process information as needed to provide the services described above. Form information is accessible only to Rebecca and authorized project personnel and is not republished or redistributed outside of the organization.
